		<description>this was the best interpretation of "the salt of the earth" that I've come across. 
as Christians we are to "put off the old" and "put on the new" which goes hand in 
hand with being "the salt of the earth." we are spiritually alive Christians that are 
daily being transformed to Christ likeness. thank you for this beautiful article.</description>

		<description>excellent post.  I found it quite convicting.  I think if my whole life were to be exposed in public I would be ashamed... and so I should.  the good news is that God has transformed my life into something beautiful each time i have stepped out in faith and obedience to his call.  

I was also challenged to remember that people are watching us and judging our every move and every word.  Perhaps that is why Jesus himself said we would be judged for every idle word that we speak.  It is very sobering.</description>
