I will once again submit a poem that you may treasure and thereby remember me when I should pass away. I said; Let me walk in the fields, He said, No, walk in the town. I said, There are no flowers there, He said, No flowers, but a crown, I said, But the skies are black; There is nothing but noise and din. And He wept as He sent me back; There is more, He said, there is sin. I said, But the air is thick, And fogs are veiling the sun. He answered, Yet souls are sick, And souls in the dark, undone. I said, I shall miss the light; And friends will miss me, they say. He answered, Choose to-night If I am to miss you, or they. I pleaded for time to be given. He said, Is it hard to decide? It will not be hard in heaven To have followed the steps of your Guide. That is what you and i and everyone is supposed to see Christmas as. It is an opportunity to sacrifice, share love and the good news of the gospel to the whole world. There are many out there who have not received the good news. Many people think this season is a time for making merry and even serving the devil. In my country Nigeria today, most people have found christmas a season to deceive others and do all sorts of partying and night clubbing. This has led to the loss of many lives to the devil. My advice to everyone today is that we all should really celebrate christmas in the right way by spreading the word of Jesus christ and showing love to the lonely ones. God bless you all, amen. On Sunday 16th December afternoon while as a big group when we were going to dedicate a branch Church building one of my co-pastor met with accident and on the spot his wife Manjula (38 Yrs) died and he (Pastor. Dayalan - 41 Yrs) got multiple fractures and now in the hospital.

Manjula is the first missionary from our Church and a vibrant believer of our Lord. She was in the ministry from 1990 with our Church. Her death is a great loss to our ministry and her 2 children Gladys Christina (8 yrs) and Joseph Ragland (6yrs) are crying for the parents and it is breaking our hearts.

On Monday (17th) we have laid the body of Manjula for eternal rest with the hope of resurrection, and Pastor. Dayalan went through the operation on Tuesday and now needs the prayer and practical support of God’s people to come out of the hospital to continue his ministry.
